Q: What are your thoughts on sleep clinics? Are they effective? For years I’ve had trouble sleeping, and often go a couple of days with no sleep at all. I’ve tried all the usual remedies, from lavender to baths and milky
drinks, avoiding caffeine and banning television from the bedroom, and don’t want to resort to sleeping tablets.
